Search and Protection can be bought in the countries where we search second-hand listings: Spain. Elsewhere in the EU you can register your bike for free and we'll let you know when we start. Free registration and the checker work worldwide. They cannot be bought from the United Kingdom.

E-scooters

E-scooter registration: free (up to 5 per account). Search for an e-scooter: €9.99 (launch price), one-off payment, for 30 days, with no listing checks yet and no «30 more days» guarantee. Protection is not available for e-scooters yet.

If no listing with a high similarity has appeared when the 30 days of a paid Search end, we extend it by 30 more days at no cost. It applies automatically, once per Search. It does not apply to the Search included with Protection.

What if no listing very similar to my bike turns up within 30 days?

With Search you pay €19.99 for 30 days of searching. If no listing with a high similarity has appeared when it ends, we extend it by 30 more days free, once. It does not apply to the Search included with Protection.

When do I have to pay?

Search requires an upfront payment of €19.99 to activate 30 days of searching. Protection costs €2.99 per bike per month, or €29 per year.

How do the alerts work?

In «My theft» (Search) or «My vehicles» (Protection) you see the listings similar to your bike, with their similarity percentage, several times a day. We only email you when one appears with your bike's serial number or a similarity of 85 % or more. You decide whether it is yours.

Are there hidden charges or subscriptions?

No. Search is a one-time payment of €19.99 with no renewal. Protection costs €2.99 per month (cancel anytime) or €29 per year. No surprises.

Can I register multiple bikes?

Yes. Bike registration is free for up to 5 bikes. With Protection you pay €2.99 per month or €29 per year for each monitored bike. With Search you pay €19.99 for each bike you want to search for.
