This legal notice governs access to and use of the website destolen.com. destolen is a service of BBRAVE SENTINEL, S.L. to register bikes, monitor second-hand listings and search for stolen bikes.

Accessing or using the website means you accept this legal notice. Purchasing the services is also governed by the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

You agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice. In particular, you may not:

• damage, overload or disrupt the website, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
• extract content or data from the website or the serial number checker automatically or in bulk (bots, scraping), except through the business API and under its terms;
• report false thefts, register bikes that are not yours or impersonate other people;
• use destolen information to harass, threaten or confront sellers or third parties.

The destolen brand and logo, texts, design, software and databases of the website belong to BBRAVE SENTINEL, S.L. or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without prior written permission.

The photos and data you upload remain yours; you give us the permission needed to provide the service, as explained in the Terms of use. Photos and texts of third-party listings belong to their authors; we only use them for the service and link to the original listing. Bike brands shown on the website belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify bikes.

The website contains links to third-party sites (listing portals, police, payment providers, location services…). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that the service will run without interruption.

Information about stolen bikes comes from users' reports and from public sources (such as the Mossos d'Esquadra and Bike Index lists). A match with a listing is an indication, not proof that the bike is stolen or that the seller has committed a crime. destolen does not recover bikes: if you find yours, go to the police and do not confront the seller.

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and browser storage is explained in the Cookie policy.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered office, unless the law provides otherwise.
